Synopsis

In today’s demanding and fast-paced work environment, our workers faced much stress in their work. Such stress is a threat to the workers’ physical health, psychological health, and work performance. In recent years, Adversity Quotient (AQ) has been used to measure people’s capacity and attitude to respond to adversity in life.

Knowing and improving the worker’s Adversity Quotient, would aid the individual in lowering his/her perception of job stress and make it less likely for him/her to be influenced by frustration and obstacles. Thus, improving your Adversity Quotient can have a significant and positive influence on the workers’ job performance.
