  • Each guest should scan his or her unique QR code at the entrance.

  • Singapore Oceanarium admission ticket is valid for re-entry only on the same date of visit.

  • Please obtain a re-entry handstamp and keep your admission ticket.

  • Tickets and vouchers are non-transferable, not for sale, or exchange.

  • Non-refundable, even in cases of inclement weather. Void if altered.

  • Strictly no outside food or beverages permitted inside the Singapore Oceanarium.

  • Not valid during special events.

  • Not to be used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Animal Spotlight: Sea Jellies Programme

  • The Animal Spotlight: Sea Jellies (“Programme”) is subject to availability.

  • This Programme shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and no rain checks or refunds shall be allowed.

  • Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components or not being able to participate in the tour.

  • Participants under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a paying, parent/legal guardian at all times.

  • For the safety of all guests and marine animals, participants will have to adhere to the safety instructions of Resorts World Sentosa staff. Guests who do not comply with the safety instructions may miss certain components of this programme or not be able to participate in the tour.

  • Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change, amend or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • When more than 1 (one) QR code ticket is purchased, each guest should scan their respective QR code at the entrance.
