Terms and Conditions

Promotion for Season Pass is valid for purchases made from 18 June to 30 November 2025 (both dates inclusive). The commencement date for the 6-month validity period will be your selected 1st visit date at the point of purchase. Extension of validity is strictly not permitted.
Enjoy unlimited entry to Universal Studios Singapore within the season pass' validity period, during regular park operating hours. Not valid during Special Events that require a separate admission ticket. Find out more information about park offerings at https://www.rwsentosa.com/uss.
Self-registration is required to receive E-Season Pass. Details such as full name, contact information, full-face feature photo and birthdate will be collected during registration for future authentication. Passholder will receive his/her E-Season Pass via email after Resorts World Sentosa has received all required information, provided all information is accurate.
For the purpose of calculating the USS Season Pass validity period, a duration of “6 (six) months” shall be defined as 183 consecutive calendar days, inclusive of start date (i.e. date of first visit) and end date.
E-Season Pass is (a) non-transferable; (b) non-refundable; (c) shall not be resold or exchanged; and (d) void if altered or damaged.
Passholder is required to present valid E-Season Pass (with valid QR and photo) for entry into the park.
Each passholder will receive 2 x SGD5 Meal Vouchers and 2 x SGD5 Retail Vouchers, valid for a single redemption. Other standard terms and conditions apply.
Passholders enjoy 10% F&B discount at restaurants and food carts within Universal Studios Singapore except Starbucks, Me Want Cookie! and Oasis Spice Café. This 10% F&B discount is not applicable for souvenirs or alcoholic beverages and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
Passholders enjoy 10% retail discount for any retail items sold in Universal Studios Singapore retail outlets (excluding Carnival Games and Roving Carts). This 10% retail discount is not applicable for Might Jaxx merchandise and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
Discounted Day Admission tickets are limited to 6 tickets per transaction and is only available for purchase on-site.
Park operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Guests may visit https://www.rwsentosa.com for updates prior to visit.
Promotion is not valid with other discounts and promotions.
Season Pass is not to be used for promotional purposes unless approved in writing by Resorts World Sentosa.
Any resale of tickets/vouchers is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing by Resorts World Sentosa. Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to invalidate tickets/vouchers used in connection with any fraudulent /unauthorised resale transaction, without refund or other compensation.

Valid for ONE (1) redemption per valid voucher, no minimum spend. Vouchers are not stackable.
Valid at restaurants and food carts within Universal Studios Singapore, except Starbucks, Me Want Cookie! and Oasis Spice Café (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).
Vouchers cannot be used for souvenirs or alcoholic beverages.
Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
Voucher(s) must be utilised within the Season Pass validity period.
Vouchers are valid for one (1) - time use only and are non-exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
No refund or change will be given if purchase value is less than voucher value.
Only redeemable during park hours up to 30 minutes prior to posted park closing time.

Valid for ONE (1) redemption per valid voucher, no minimum spend. Vouchers are not stackable.
Valid at any retail outlet within Universal Studios Singapore except Digiphoto products/services, The Dark Room, and Carnival Games (unless otherwise stated on the voucher).
Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discounts or other vouchers.
Voucher(s) must be utilised within the same duration as the Season Pass validity period.
Vouchers are valid for one (1) - time use only and are nonexchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
No refund or change will be given if purchase value is less than voucher value.
