The journey to marriage and a lasting matrimony may have its highs and lows, peace and storms; but the promise to love and care for each other is everlasting.
Organised by Families for Life (FFL), 'I Still Do' is an annual campaign that celebrates love, commitment, and marriage. This year, FFL invites couples to celebrate their dedication in nurturing a long-lasting, harmonious marriage.
From 14 Feb 2022 to 13 Mar 2022, look out for an interesting line-up of enriching online programmes, useful resources, and fun bonding activites for married couples.

2. Marriage Preparation Programme (MPP) in the Community
For soon-to-wed and newly weds who prefer to join a facilitated session conducted by a professional trainer, check out the Marriage Preparation Programmes (MPP).
The Ministry of Social and Family Development supports Marriage Preparation Programmes conducted by approved Social Service Agencies. Sign up for a Marriage Preparation Programme today and enjoy a S$70 rebate* from the Ministry. View the list of MSF approved organisations here.

About PREP
The Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Programme (PREP) is an evidence-based marriage preparation programme for soon-to-wed or newlywed couples. It is based on over 40 years of research in the field of marital and family health and success.
Based on the PREP curriculum, these 52 bite-sized marriage tips cover key relationship strategies, tools, and techniques to nurture a healthy marriage that on key topics of communication, conflict resolution and commitment.
According to overseas studies done previously, couples reported more positive interaction consistently, up to 5 years after completion of the programme. Locally, MSF’s evaluation study found that PREP has statistically significant positive effects on communication outcomes for couples in Singapore. Participants reported a 9% and 10% increase in communication skills for male and female spouses respectively, within 1 year of completing the programme.
