Our 1.5 hour private class starts with 1 hour of structured, age appropriate activities focused on foundational movement, coordination, and gymnastics skills led by our experienced instructors in a safe, purpose built environment. The session winds down with 30 minutes of supervised free play, giving children time to explore, socialize, and burn off extra energy.
