FAQ FOR FAMILY CAMP(s)
Q. Why should I join the Families for Life P.L.A.Y. Camps?
A. The family camps are specially organised to provide parents a valuable opportunity to foster stronger bonds with their tweens and teens. In the midst of our busy schedules, it is good to take some time off with the family to enjoy the outdoors and take part in a range of interactive activities that can help strengthen communication and teamwork within the family. Parents can also reinforce positive values such as empathy and resilience in their child through the activities.
While the camps are tailored for families with tweens and teens (10 years old and above), we welcome all who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
Q. How can I register for the camps?

Q. Are there any Age Requirements for the camps? Will my children be able to join in the sports activities (e.g. Kayaking or Climbing)?
A. While the camps are tailored for families with tweens and teens (10 years old and above), we welcome families with children of all ages to join. Please inform us if you are bringing along children 3 years old and below. We will cater food based on the number of people registered, but you are advised to prepare food for children 3 years old and below.
There is also a minimum age of 10 years old and above for children to take part in the sports activities. Although, there will be other activities catered to children below that minimum age.
Q. Will there be a trainer who will conduct the sports activities?
A. Yes, there will be certified trainers present to ensure the safety of all participants when partaking in the activities (e.g. kayaking and climbing).
Q. Are there shuttle bus services provided for families? Can we drive to the venue?

As part of the Project Blue WaVe movement, we greatly appreciate your support in reducing plastic trash. Do bring your own utensils (e.g. fork, spoon) and a cup. Feel free to bring your own snacks if you feel like having an additional supper!
