Families For Life | Touch Community Services - Marriage Preparation (Online)

The Marriage Preparation Programme (Individual) by TOUCH Community Services supports premarital and newlywed couples with essential life skills for a strong, lasting marriage.

This 8-hour private workshop, led by a Family Life Educator, covers key topics like communication, financial planning, conflict resolution, intimacy, and family planning. It also addresses expectations, roles, and in-law relationships Using the PREPARE/ENRICH relationship assessment, couples will be guided to explore family-of-origin influences, personality differences, and relationship dynamics. The programme offers flexibility, privacy, and evidence-based tools tailored to each couple’s unique needs.

What you will learn:

  • Influences of family of origin & managing in-laws’ relationship

  • Roles, responsibilities, and expectations

  • Communication, conflict resolution and I-Message

  • Intimacy in Marriage & Family Planning

  • Financial Planning & budgeting

Who is this programme for:

Age: 21 years and above

Nationality: At least one spouse is a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Marriage Duration: Soon-to-wed or newly-wed couples (married less than 2 years)

 

Programme Details

Format: Individual Couple, 4 sessions x 2 hours OR 2 sessions x 3 hours + 1 session x 2 hours

Cost: S$860 (Weekday, office hours)

S$940 (Weekday, outside office hours)
