What you will learn:

• Build and strengthen relationship foundations

The programme uses the Prepare/Enrich Relationship Assessment tool, and facilitators will conduct group sessions then meet up with couples in a follow-up individual session to explore issues using a customised report. The programme will include discussions, communication exercises and role play.

Who is this programme for:

Age: 21 years and above

Nationality: Singapore Citizen and Permanent Resident

Marriage Duration: Soon-to-wed or newly-wed couples (married 2 years and below)

Format, Duration & Cost:

• Group sessions: 6 hours of group session + 2 hours of individual couple session ($400)

• Individual session: 4 x 2-hour sessions ($400)
