Developed by Parenting Research Centre (PRC), Signposts is an evidence-based parenting programme which helps parents to feel more confident in managing their children and feel less stressed. Signposts helps you to understand and manage your child's difficult behavior and prevent further development of behavioral concerns.

• Parents/Caregivers of children 7 - 12 years old

• Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• 5 x 2-hour, in-person sessions

• Conducted over 5 consecutive weeks
