• Goodie Bag Preparation - Assist with organising and packing goodie bag items according to provided guidelines, ensuring each bag contains the correct items and is ready for distribution to event participants.

• Distribution of Goodie Bags - Welcome participants warmly and distribute goodie bags at designated redemptio booth, maintaining an organised queue system and ensuring every family receives their items.

• Community Engagement - Actively approach families to introduce them to the FFL Clementi Parents Telegram Groupchat, assist them with scanning the QR code, and provide guidance on joining the community platform to stay connected with local parenting resources.

• FFL Brand Ambassador - Serve as the friendly face and voice of Families for Life (FFL), engaging with event attendees through warm conversations, answering basic enquiries, and representing FFL's values and mission throughout the event.

• Programme Information - Share detailed information about FFL's various programmes and resources with interested families, and help parents identify which services might best suit their family's needs and interests.
