Volunteer roles include:

• Manage and facilitate various activities designed to engage members of the public, particularly parents and families

• Actively promote and encourage sign-ups to FFL Parents Telegram Groups by highlighting the benefits of joining these online communities, such as parenting tips, resources, and connecting with other parents

• Assist visitors with the sign-up process when needed

• Share information about FFL's programmes and initiatives with booth visitors, helping them understand how these resources and activities can strengthen family bonds and support their parenting journey

• Serve as the face of FFL by embodying the organisation's values and mission of building strong families

• Support the overall booth operations by helping to maintain the booth's presentation, manage collateral distribution, and ensure a smooth flow of visitor traffic throughout their duty period
