Volunteer roles include:

• Manage and facilitate various booth activities designed to engage members of the public, particularly parents and families, explain the activities to participants and guide them through the engagement process

• Actively promote and encourage sign-ups to the Jurong East FFL Parents Telegram Group Chat, highlight the benefits of joining this online communities, such as parenting tips, resources, and connecting with other parents

• Assist visitors with the sign-up process when needed

• Share information about FFL's programmes and initiatives with booth visitors, help them understand how these resources and activities can strengthen family bonds and support their parenting journey

• Serve as the face of FFL by embodying the organisation's values and mission of building strong families

• Support the overall booth operations by helping to maintain the booth's presentation, manage collateral distribution, and ensure a smooth flow of visitor traffic
