Craft sessions are suitable for parents with children aged 3 to 7. Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

Registration is not required.

Activity: Connected Calm: Co-regulating Emotions with Your Child Workshop

Date & Time: Saturday, 19 April 2025, 10.00am to 11.00am

Details: Learn to recognise signs of emotional dysregulation and understand common triggers that contribute to your reactions. Parents will be able to identify key regulation strategies they would like to implement with their children.

The workshop is suitable for parents with children aged 6 and below (up to 30 parents).
