Activity: Connected Calm in Action: A Parent-Child Co-regulation Workshop Series Date & Time: 19 and 26 July (Saturday), 10.00am to 1.00pm (Attendance is compulsory for both sessions.) Venue: Family Nexus@Our Tampines Hub Details: This workshop series on emotional co-regulation involves both parents and children in in-depth discussions and hands-on activities. Parents will learn techniques of self-regulation as the foundation for co-regulation, and children will be taught to identify and understand different emotions, as well as basic self-regulation tools for managing overwhelming emotions.
