National Council of Social S​ervice (Children & Youth S​ervices)

The National Council of Social Services (NCSS) provides community-based services for children and youth in Singapore, including Learning Support Services for children with learning difficulties. This specialised programme aims to integrate such children into the mainstream education system through a mix of intervention for the child, together with parental support service.

SG Enable

Formerly known as the Centre for Enabled Learning, SG Enable is an agency dedicated to enabling persons with disabilities through better access to information, referral services and grants. Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)

The Autism Resource Centre hopes to bring together parents and professionals to provide greater access to information about early intervention, therapy services, resource libraries, assessment options and specialty products.

SPARK

SPARK (Society for the Promotion of ADHD Research and Knowledge) is based in Singapore and is an independent, voluntary and non-profit organisation. The portal has plenty of tips and resources for the parent of a child with ADD/ADHD, and the latest news and announcements.

SPD (formerly society for the physically disabled)

Care and Development - a resource for parents of children with developmental needs

The Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) has developed a resource kit for parents whose children in mainstream pre-schools have been diagnosed with developmental needs.
