ePREP is a complimentary online self-directed learning version of the PREP workshop. ePREP consists of 6 sections that couples can complete at their own convenience over a period of 3 months. Topics covered under ePREP include communication, conflict management, commitment, friendship, and problem solving.

PREP is an evidence-based programme first developed in the United States at the University of Denver. It teaches soon-to-wed and newlywed couples communication and conflict-resolution skills, to build a strong marital foundation and attain higher relationship satisfaction. According to overseas studies done previously, couples reported more positive interaction consistently, up to 5 years after completion of the programme.

ePREP has been proven to help couples learn how to protect and preserve fun and friendship and enhance their commitment and love for each other through four published randomised controlled trials.
