What you will learn:

Triple P Level 3 is a programme for parents with a specific concern about their child's behaviour, require one to one consultations and active skills training. The programme will equip you to:

• Confidently manage your children’s behaviour

• Prevent problems from developing

• Build strong, healthy relationships

Developed by Triple P International (TPI), Triple P Level 3 is a personalized one to one parenting programme which is effective in reducing child behavioural problems and improving parental self-efficacy and satisfaction.

The sessions cover the following flexibly according to each parent(s) needs:

• Assessment of presenting problem - Interview and factors influencing child's behaviour, observation, monitoring and parent-report measures, assessment findings

• Discussing factors influencing child's behaviour, setting goals for change and helping child develop

• Managing problem behaviour and using Triple P resources

• Developing a parenting plan and using behavioural rehearsal

• Planned activities training and managing process issues

Who is this programme for:

• Parents of children 0 - 16 years old

• Nationality: Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

Duration:

• 4 x 30-min, one to one sessions

• Conducted over 4 to 8 consecutive weeks
