Danny Thien Kwon Yong finds that shared cultural experiences are a rewarding way to build family ties and to create an awareness for the arts in children. “My Idea for families is to visit the museums together! Recommended ones are the Singapore Art Museum, National Museum and the Peranakan Museum. Kids will love this because the museum admissions in Singapore are now free for all Singapore citizens and they have many programs for children going on all year round. Children simply love these so get out of your house now and enjoy!” Adapted from an idea by Danny Thien Kwon Yong and first published on 15 Sep 2013 on the Dads for Life Toolbox Website.
