Wow! Wayang by Sri Warisan
Relive the good old kampung days through this traditional shadow play performance - as stories come alive with the movements of Wayang Kulit puppets dancing symphonically to the live accompaniment of Gamelan music, projected against a larger-than-life screen.
Sri Warisan, a performing arts company formed by renowned Cultural Medallion recipient, Madam Som Said, is one of the pivotal forces in Singapore’s Malay dance scene. Blending rich traditional forms with contemporary techniques, its performers are trained to excel in multidisciplinary art forms such dance, music, theatre and multi-media.

Venue: Activity Lawn II, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park
Nearest MRT Station: Ang Mo Kio MRT Station (NS16). (20 minutes walking distance from Exit C).
Nearest Bus Stop: Bus 262. (2 minutes walking distance from Bus Stop B54619).
Via Car/Taxi: Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, opposite Blk 220. Nearest parking is at Car Park B. As parking lots are limited, families are encouraged to car pool or take public transport.
