Grow Well SG Screen Time Guidelines:

Under 18 months:

No screen use (except interactive video chatting)

Ages 18 months to 6 years:

Less than 1 hour daily outside school

Ages 7 to 12 years:

Less than 2 hours daily (excluding schoolwork)

All ages:

No screens during meals and one hour before bedtime for all ages
